Bought a snow blower here and had an issue with it after its first use. Owner and staff were very helpful and rectified the problem. They have a customer for life now!

Staff made me and my wife feel uncomfortable. One of the gentlemen on shift chased me down an isle and asked what I was looking for with his chest bowed out , and lingered over me and my wife the entire time we were there. We frequent the store often though this was our first bad experience. Over all very unwelcoming experience.

Last two visits were terrible experiences with the person who was behind the checkout! Couldn’t figure out simple coupons! Lost a $35.00 sale on last purchase and I will not return to the store. The time before thatI had scheduled a carpet cleaner for Friday evening. I showed up 1/2 hour before closing and was told that I was too early and would have to pay an extra day! Had to make another trip 30 minutes later, just before closing. I was charged for 1 day and didn’t have to return it until Monday anyway! Employees like this cost in the long term!
