Outstanding Service and Genuine Expertise! I absolutely love Ace Hardware. Last year was the first time I ever used a chainsaw, and after hearing so many great things about STIHL, I went straight to Ace to get one. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful — they not only showed me how to start it, but even walked me through the basics of operation right there in the store. When I had trouble starting it the next day, I went back, and they took the time to give me more pointers and had me practice until I got it right. They’ve also helped me with chain sharpening, checked over my saw when I was worried I’d damaged something, and made sure everything was safe to use. Their team is always knowledgeable, patient, and never makes you feel judged for being new to tools or outdoor equipment. T

They saved me a lot of money making me a car key the dealer wanted $18 to cut a key and then 180 to program it I got the key cut and programmed for $80 I don't remember the young man's name but he knew what he was doing hard to find young people that are good at their job

They also recently helped replace two failing smart key fobs for considerably less than a dealer as there is no charge to program the key. I find the prices much higher here than other places. Good in a pinch if you need a quick stop. Clean and stocked store. Friendly employees.
