Ace Hardware

I placed an order to pick up here, due to it being out of stock in Madison. Five minutes after placing the order, it was cancelled by the store. I lost a $10 bonus thanks to you, and they won't answer the phone. Good job. Smh

Horrible place I would not recommend making a purchase at this store. They do not back the product they sale. I bought a chainsaw had it for 30 minutes and it fell apart brought it back and was pretty much told to bad we will look into it on Monday and let you know. I only owned the saw for 30 minutes. I told them I just didn’t want it then and they said no returns since its used but technically they used it first because they started it in the back of their store before giving it to me so it could have been damaged then on accident without knowledge but it was still ran by them first. I would recommend purchasing from anywhere but this place

Purchase a Stihl chainsaw on 11/10/2025. Registered for the warranty and even got an additional year on the warranty for purchasing their specific fuel. Attempted to start the chainsaw on 11/11/2025. The pull-up cord broke. Took it to the ACE hardware in Florence where I was told that’s not covered under warranty and they won’t process refunds. So I’m stuck with a $580 paperweight. From here own I will make major purchases at Lowe’s or Home Depot. At least I’m not stuck with faulty equipment after purchasing. I highly recommend not doing business with ACE Hardware.

The employees were helpful and courteous professional to services fast I get in and out every time I go there also they have almost anything you would possibly need from a hardware store I give it five stars

We had a couple keys made from Ace hardware store in the guy that did it was well knowledge and he cleaned the keys good so they would work I also had the part I needed for my bathroom in it I fixed it in about 3 seconds so I really like this local Ace hardware store near us in toney Alabama
