Thank God I called the Southwestern Ohio Heating and Air Conditioning company! Wanda was so kind and compassionate. She voluntarily looked up the model and serial numbers of my heating unit and we discovered that it was still under warranty! When their heating/air technician, Tyler, arrived, he instantly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 45 minutes! I was really surprised how low the service charge was! In addition, Tyler was really kind too. He explained everything and voluntarily told me lots of helpful information to help me have the best experience with my heating/air system. I highly recommend Southwestern Ohio Heating and Air Conditioning, because they go the extra mile!!!

I've had nothing but excellent service from everyone I've interacted with at this company. Wanda returned my call first thing this morning & Tyler was here to check my furnace by 8:30! He gave me a repair quote, advised that the furnace is very old & it may not be worth putting that amount of money into it, but did not pressure me to buy a new furnace. I asked for a quote on a new unit and John came the same afternoon. Both gentlemen were prompt, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. I feel confident in the services & products I'm receiving and will certainly use this company again!

Tyler was great! He was so helpful is finding the issue quickly and responded to it. He was so nice and considerate in my home. He was professional and really took the time to show me and explain the issue and how to get it fixed. Overall, I would recommend Tyler!

Tyler Asher was very knowledgeable and presented us with several options due to the heating system no longer working. He was detailed, very pleasant, and very accommodating by making arrangements with one of the owners to review our final options regarding the repair or replacement of the furnace.
