Ace Hardware of Northeast Fresno

I just waited 15 min in an empty store at the paint counter for a quart of paint that needed to be matched. Nobody ever came to help even had multiple people from the store walk right by me sitting there. Just wanted to use the local shop, but now I’m going to have to hit up Home Depot and get them to do it. Good luck Ace, hope you can find a way to stay open with terrible service and an empty store.

Was attempting to locate a hard to find item. Website showed this location had "in stock" and "pick up today". Drove across town. Not on shelves. Rechecked online. This location now showed "ship to store" but another location in town has it "in stock". Was fishy so decided not to keep driving around. Ordered it to "ship to store" at this location. Next morning they cancelled the order. I know this would be a larger ace problem and likely not this particular stores fault. But basically be aware shopping ace online bc the inventory is probably made up and deceitful. Just an attempt to generate foot traffic in the store at any cost.

I've only experienced good customer service from this location. Ace has a much smaller variety of home goods than the big box retailers ,,, but it's enough to get most of the jobs done.

pay attention to what you buy, they evidently don’t keep up on price changes . Today I bought washers marked $ .99 instead I got charged $1.39 , but I bought a few . The cashier basically said well it’s close . I didn’t have the time or the patience to fight it today . With the economy that we are now going through every cent counts and it’s going to get worse. I’m sure during the slow periods employees have the time to scan , I’ve worked retail

The store has everything, the staff are incredible! They go out of their way to help.
