Its a wonderful refreshing experience to walk into a REAL hardware store. Everything in a neat and orderly fashion, employees ready to assist when needed.. So much better than Tompkinsville's other option.

Always such a friendly atmosphere, greet you as soon as you enter the door and if you need help they are right there and if not they leave you alone just to look around.

I was really looking forward to visiting the new Ace for the first time in our town. I even wrote the grand opening date on my calendar. The store itself is very nice and everything is neat and tidy. However, I must say, I’m very disappointed in the lack of friendliness in the staff. I passed by and was in close proximity to at least 6 employees, including management, and not one of them acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or anything like that. The store wasn’t busy at all. It was only about 2 to 3 customers there at the time. However, I did noticed that the other customers were treated very nicely and were getting assistance and the staff was being very friendly to them. I can’t help but wonder if it was because of my race that I was treated differently. They didn’t leave me feeling
