Ace Hardware

Thus is another example of a dieing business in a dieing town. Used to be the best hardware store around. Now it's all locked up and prices are so high you just can't justify spending here. They will follow you around. Not to help but to try to prevent theft. Tozers are dead. Just like the rest of the town. #jendifacation.

My husband and I stopped in here today and if I didn't need what I stopped in there for they wouldn't have got my money. From the moment we walked in we were looked up and down and profiled by the lady at the register. We were asked what we were looking for and her response was pointing in the direction and says but there all locked up with attitude. Screws we were there for a few screws! (That were not locked up) We didn't ask for help we knew what we needed, but was helped anyways the whole time. The employee stood there the whole time we were looking even followed us to each isle we walked down. Made me feel as if we weren't allowed to shop alone. I mean thanks for the customer service but there was no need to make us feel so uncomfortable.

Totally Rude , no one acknowledged I was even there, I was waiting for help from someone and they just walked right past me like I wasn't even there that store. This hardware store should not be called Ace Hardware. That is not an Ace Hardware ace should not allow those people to have their name on their sign because Ace Hardware's are normally very good service and friendly not there

online buyer beware, call and ask if they have it before going. some of the staff can be a little rude but there are a couple people that really care about the job. I don't like how everything is locked up but that's not the stores fault they are forced to do that.

After looking at 3 other places I was so happy to find dark leafy greens & some herbs. Also love their selection of Milwaukee power tools, I was able to find the hedge trimmer attachment I had been looking for. Staff was very helpful although most of them had no idea what I was looking for/ talking about. They still escorted me around the store & garden center and ensured I found what I was looking for.
