Honestly, the tech was very knowledgeable about replacing my unit. Quoted me a price and I confirmed that included everything. When he got back to his office and drew up the proposal, it was $2000 more than he originally quoted. I was still on board with Ace doing the job until the secretary tried to correct me with her semantics TWO times in our conversation. I asked about the tech coming to fix my ac ( because its broken) and she told me its "replace" not "fix" . OK. I mean for 6500 did you really think he was coming to repair it and not replace it? You knew exactly what I meant. Then when I asked how long it would take for parts to come in she said its " equipment" not parts. Well, Mrs. smarty pants that works part time as a secretary in an HVAC office, I guess you know more than me

I've used Ace for over 19 years now. They are a family-run business that makes it their business to treat you like family. Their prices are competitive but their work is exemplary. I've never had a grumpy or unhappy service tech, even in the middle of the night emergency.

Excellent service and experience. Straightforward explanations and problem solving. They gave me a few options, all of which were less costly than competitors. I absolutely recommend Ace and will be back for any HVAC service in the future.

Undoubtedly the BEST AND MOST SKILLED HVAC-R people in York/Lancaster county. They work hard and are extremely thorough in looking over every nook and cranny of your system. They are well prepared and fix right on the spot having parts on hand and are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent and really an asset to all the area they serve. I have experienced many Technicians and these guys are head and shoulders the best.

Worst customer service ever. I called to ask for service. After telling me about some COVID problems at the company, I told the lady that scheduling me was no hurry. She told me I would have to wait until January (it was 12/4). I said ok. She said, we aren’t taking new customers. And it went on from there.
