Bill and his crew did a beautiful job on my two-car attached garage addition. They were even able to match the existing roof line so that it looks like part of the original structure. The stonework on the front looks amazing from the street and the detail of the trim and paint on the interior exceeded our expectations. Ace built two custom dormers into our existing roof so our daughter's playroom would be a cozier, more open, and brighter place for her to have fun. Their workers were some of the nicest and hardest working contractors I've ever met. During the two-week project, I would check out their progress daily. They were here every morning early and several times quite late, always taking care to properly tarp off and secure the project before they left for the day. From start to finish, the quality of their work was precise and professional. At no point was I concerned about any corners being cut, and the final inspection passed without any trouble. Ace Construction exceeded our expectations! We wanted to add a 22’ x 14’ covered porch to the back of our home that looked like it was always apart of our home. The roof line should match the other roof lines on our house and be finished to match the rest of the house. That is exactly what was completed. Bill worked with us to design the porch, had a structural engineer find the least evasive and cleanest way to create the porch structure and answered our endless questions.

I called Ace Home Building for an estimate on building an addition to my home. I met with Bill and explained what I wished to accomplish. They did a fantastic for me from the beginning to drawing up plans more than once because of changes I made to the permits, etc. They are professional, accessible, honest and reliable and I'm thankful I made the decision to go with Ace for my addition.
