We have been using Ace for years since we've been in the area. They have been great with our windows, doors, siding, deck, and some other small projects. They use top tier installers to get the job done right and they always stand behind there work. Whenever there was any small problem they would send there guys to come take care of it even years after the project was completed. They are very knowledgeable and very skilled at what they do and give a fair price based on their level of expertise. I highly recommend then for pretty much any house hold project. We used Ace Home Improvements to replace all the windows and the sliding patio door in our house. We are extremely satisfied with the overall experience from the quoting of the job all the way to its completion. Even though there were factory delays, Maria kept us informed and upto date as to the status of the order shipment. Even though there was a mishap with the color of some of the shipped windows, Ace made sure that the windows were replaced as soon as possible. The installation crew (Drew & Carey) were super professional, meticulous and clean. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. I needed a new fabric installed on my awning after 11 years. Dave and his team did a fantastic job. They encountered an issue with the awning not closing all the way. They were not satisfied until they had it adjusted correctly. This was not an easy task and never gave up until it was perfect. I will always recomend them. In addition they are very pleasant and respectful. Sorry I cannot give more than 5 stars.
