Some of the worst service I’ve ever had to work with in my 35 years of life. 1. They do not stand behind their word was told grass will grow guaranteed this was not the case in the slightest. 2. The customer service was outright atrocious when attempting to call about the issue. VERY RUDE. 3. Was told “it was not their problem” even though my grass is here now with half of it being bare dirt. Would not recommend anyone AND I MEAN anyone go with this treatment straight scammed me out of my money.

These people refuse to stand behind their work and after a lackluster seeding job where they were told nobody gets paid until grass grows- they refused to do anything to actually get grass to grow and instead made excuse after excuse and left us hanging with a bill they refused to alter and a lot with zero grass. We dealt with Spencer and ace for years but after this instance-and multiple multiple calls with zero response we will never use these scammers again! Beware! They will never stand behind their work or guarantee anything!
