ACE PARKING - 415 Taylor Garage

I had a terrible experience with CS Parking Garage. My car was broken into while parked there, and when I asked for help or access to the surveillance footage, they refused to share it. Instead of being supportive or professional, the staff became aggressive, defensive, and completely unhelpful. There was no accountability and no effort to assist after a serious incident on their property. They may be cheaper than other garages, but in my experience, you pay for it in other ways. I strongly recommend avoiding this parking facility altogether.

Horrible parking place all these people should get fired and go other places!!!!! They get mad for asking questions about the prices. It’s like they rule the parking place and get mad if you are asking for what price is what there are different employees packing all this money and our scamming saying this is a hotel parking. Very bad humans very very bad very horrible humans!!! They are just putting up different money signs that they want to choose on how they’re feeling that day about the price is very horrible $70 per night. That is ridiculous!!!

Avoid This Parking Garage – Dishonest Pricing & Terrible Service We had an absolutely horrible experience at ACE Parking (415 St, San Francisco) and will never park here again. The only reason we chose this garage was its convenience to the hotel next door, but that convenience was not worth the frustration. We arrived late at 11:35 PM on a Tuesday—almost midnight—and were told that we would be charged for three full days of parking, even though waiting just 30 minutes would have made it the next day. The posted rate on the wall was $40 per day, yet the attendant insisted on charging $50 per day, claiming there was an extra $10 fee after midnight—something that was NOT stated anywhere. I was 20 minutes early to a play 400 feet from the garage, the Curran Theatre. I ended up being 20 minutes late to the play and missed the meet and greets I paid extra for, and was so devastated. I probably was better off scoping out the limited street parking. In the time I waited I had to wait illegally parallel parked next to parallel parking for the entire 30 minutes. Oh and I was only able to get an attendants attention because I asked someone walking on the sidewalk if they would go ask them to help me. And when they asked me to circle around the block to move out of the way, they let someone go ahead of me. I didn't have the time to read the reviews but if you do, please do NOT use this garage unless you arrive 1 to 2 hours early and like to kill a lot of time.

I've been a long time Monthly Parking payer. I've paid 400$ every month and when i left they did absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer. They could've match the price of the competition which offer the exact same service, but they don't care about the customers at all.
