Ace Parking

Very poor customer service!! My recent experience with Ace Parking valet service. On the evening of Saturday, February 8, 2025 I used the valet service while dining at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. When I arrived at the restaurant, my driver's seat was in pristine condition with no visible stains. However, upon returning to my vehicle this morning, I discovered a prominent black stain on the driver's side seat. I did not notice this on Saturday night due to the dim lighting in the parking structure and my assumption that a quick check was unnecessary. As this is a leased vehicle, a stain of this nature will result in significant penalties when I return the car at the end of my lease term. Used your services at the parking garage at The Embassy/Ruth Chris location in Atlanta. On Saturday 11/18/2023, your employee named Terence was working all by himself. It seemed to be a lot of work, but I want to give him a shoutout because he handled the stress and stayed positive and friendly and accommodating. He was very very polite and was in great spirits pushing through what had to be a difficult shift. Great job Terence! Excellent customer service!
