Very smooth parking experience. Parking attendants were super friendly and helpful and I got in and out with no problems. Highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Locked Out Before Paid Time Was Over I booked parking in this garage via SpotHero until 7:00 PM. I showed up at 6:30 PM—a full 30 minutes before my paid time ended—and found the entire garage locked and completely shut down. I couldn’t access my car, and there was no way to get help. I had to pay for an expensive Uber to get home, and then waste more time and money to come back the next day just to get my car. On top of that, I was forced to pay $25 more for “extended parking”, even though it was not my fault that I couldn’t access my car within the time I paid for. SpotHero wouldn’t help, and the garage doesn’t answer phone calls or allow you to leave a voicemail, which makes it impossible to get assistance when something goes wrong.

The gentleman yonas at the office parking lot is an amazing man very helpful. I strongly suggest to use their service while going to irs appointment easy in and out.

Housemates car has been broken into and THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONES DURING WORK HOURS. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM WHEN NEEDED
