ACE Plantation Hardware

I love having Ace so close by. They tend to have enough of everything you need when you need it. I’m personally glad they carry Milwaukee tools, which I like. Sometimes pricing can be a bit higher or inventory a bit lower than the big box stores. But, the convenience is worth it. And, if you keep your eye out, they run great deals, have coupons, and rewards that make it a good value as well. Hope this location is around longer than I am!

Amazing customer service today. The blonde manager was so helpful when other stores simply wouldn’t help me with an ACE Hardware warranty. Sorry I don’t remember her name. Nonetheless, thank you for much for delivering excellent customer service today. I hope your managers recognize your amazing work.

Absolutely love Plantation ace Hardware. This is their newest location and it’s absolutely beautiful. As we came to know, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about so much - from home repairs to lawn and garden care, specially parts and tools, and so much more. Ample parking that’s handicap accessible as is the building. This is our go to hardware store because they are great. The expanded store allows for so much more stock and they know their departments down pat- unlike some of the “big box” places where you struggle to find staff- there is always someone here offering help and knowledgeable insights to you. Love the new location!

Called the store to ask if they stocked a specific item. The person that answered said I would have to come to the store and check myself. I said I lived an hour away. They said sorry, I don't have time to check for your item. This is poor customer service. They just don't seem to care at this store. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
