We built our home three years ago, and Ron at ACE Plumbing & Electric handled the full system design and specifications, and the results have been nothing short of outstanding. I haven’t even stepped foot into this store yet and already have had a great experience. ACE was recommended by a family friend who has been going here for decades for all project / reno needs. I’ve called a few times and have been able to get all my questions answered on the specific product I require - I’m over 40min away so that makes a difference. Tried getting help for a bathroom exhaust fan. That I knew they did not sell. Explained the situation to the heavy set man behind the counter to see if he can suggest anything including maybe one of their products. But I didn't even get a "how can I help you today" just head shakes and shoulder shrugs. I would have been better served by a kiosk. Unbelievable how they can hire individuals like this! If you're not happy at work don't come to work. It's a shame because they have such beautiful merchandise.But you can't get anybody to sell you anything. (At the parts department) the receptionist were professional as can be. Kudos to them. I would leave NO stars , but unfortunately , this app doesn't let you do that.

went there in bad weather to get some help on fittings for water connection - guy at counter was picking lunch bacon with his fingers and didn't want to be bothered and kept saying call manufacturer to claim warranty even though I kept saying I did call and it's discontinued and they don't have it. gives off wise and smug attitude to belittle customer. I don't know what warranty on 20 year old discontinued faucet he is talking about. Why does he even work there, and what does this store really serve to the community. There is a hardware store around the corner called La Torre and go there, they will do their earnest to try to help even if it only cost $2 dollar job
