Andy and Emilio did a simply amazing job of packing up my mother’s belongings for a cross-country move. They were very professional, friendly, and took everything we asked in stride. You can tell when people take such pride in their jobs — they even wrapped the remote controls like they were made of glass. They were careful to not damage anything and protect the carpets, etc. - we really appreciated it. Very glad we chose this company and that these two guys came and handled the packing!

Very pleased with ACE overall. Jeannine Dominque, the agent we dealt with, was professional, kind and always available when we had a question or concern. She's a gem! Said Azzaloualidine was our driver. He handled most everything with a calm demeanor while directing many helpers scurrying about, packing all our worldly goods. We appreciated his clear communication and (obviously) good driving skills! I do have a complaint though (see photo). Said attached the bar code sticker to the front of a piece of art. STICKERS SHOULD NEVER BE PLACED ON THE FRONT OF ANYTHING! The sticker removed all the paint, which has completely damaged the piece. Never. Place. A. Sticker. On. The. Front. Of. Anything. Both packing/unpacking teams did a good job, though there were a few hiccups. Nothing note worthy.

My move from North Carolina to New York was handled well by these companies. The preparation for the move was efficiently done by the representatives. A few (3) minor items got damaged (which happens) but the company processed a claim to reimburse me in full for the damaged items the same day after the claim was submitted, and they approved the full amount that I requested without any fuss, which is good customer service. None of the really big items like large flat screen TVs and electronics got damaged. They also delivered my items several days sooner than they had promised. The crew and the driver were very polite and professional, and worked very well on both ends of the move. They did not damage anything in the house I was leaving and in the house I moved to, and cleaned up after them

Professional and great with communication, I was very happy with my ACE Relocation. The appraisal was easy to complete and after a few adjustments back and forth, the actual cost matched closely to what I was originally quoted. The movers showed up on time to pack things up and were extremely efficient. The driver kept in touch regarding the date and time of the delivery. Things were smooth in the delivery, and Sisco made sure the furniture was exactly where I needed it, asking me to double check before he and the crew left. Would recommend!
