A nightmare, the worst, most deceitful contractors I have ever dealt with. They installed units that did not match what our contract agreed and was signed for, without my consent or knowledge. I have all this documented with Mitsubishi. The owner Joon yelled at my wife and I over the phone when I called him to ask why this happened. We earnestly wanted to understand, as we are not hvac experts. It took weeks of calls with Mitsubishi to get their engineers to state what they did was not ideal & borderline of overloaded capacity. And it still isn’t what we contracted for. We contracted for a 36k heat pump and 4 total 36k btu units, what was installed was 45,000 btus total! They failed to seal holes out of our house and didn’t complete electrical work to spec so we failed the town inspectio
