As the Facilities Manager at Tufts University, I’m always looking for companies that can get equipment repaired or installed quickly without blowing the budget. After being told by 2 companies that I would need a total system replacement they sent out a manager to evaluate my system. They found a small leak in the heat pump fixed it, recharged the system, made some mechanical and thermostat adjustments and it's been working for nine months. Scheduling the service was also good.

This review is overdue as we’ve worked with ACE Temp Control for the past 7 years. We converted our entire commercial building to air source heat pump system. The process was not easy to say the least, but Mike and his team have been great both in terms of delivering cost effective solutions but also implementing seamlessly with the least amount of work interruption. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and commitment ; showing up when they say they’ll show up…scheduling the work around our schedule and our needs. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I have been using Ace Temperature Control seems like forever, probably since the late 90's. They are the best. The office staff is always willing to help you when you call with an issue. All of the Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and respectful of your house. I wouldn't use anyone else.
