The guys came over and took down eight trees on my property today. I liked that the pricing was clear and concise. Pricing was explained with different levels of service. From basically cutting the tree down and dropping it, cutting the tree trunks into logs, and the cost associated with doing a complete cleanup and hauling away things like branches. Because I only needed basic Tree Service to cut them down without risking damage to my neighbors home or shed, I called the professionals. The guys were extremely polite and personable. I felt the cost for the service today was very reasonable. I elected to go with the basic service because I will clean up and cut the trees into logs to use them in a fire pit after they dry out. A tree fell on my house on a Friday afternoon 2 other tree services looked at it and said they wouldn’t touch it I called Ace on Saturday Rick was there in about 15 minutes agreed to do the job and his crew came out immediately and got started. They worked through the weekend then put a tarp on just before the rain storms started again. I cannot say enough good things about them

This is husband Steve. I definitely do not recommend this company. I contacted them on October 19th 2024 and an employee came that day to see what I wanted done. He quoted price and said they would do the job in 2-3 weeks. They never showed. I called back on January 2nd 2025 and was told I am still on schedule. Well, now it's May 5th 2025 and they still not showed. This outfit does not keep their word and not at all dependable. Actually, I am glad they didn't keep their word because I would hate to see the work they would have done!!

We were amazed at how fast this family run company of just 2 men cut the huge maple tree. They worked after dark the second day to finish the job. Very courteous and professional. We will call Ricky at Ace for future tree removal.
