Ordered 1/4 cord of firewood + stacking and they did a great job (happy with the quality of the firewood, stacking and pricing). Would definitely use them again and keep in mind they have only been operating in this location for the past couple of years so some of the older/bad reviews belong to the previous owner...

This company is now owned by Cousins Tree Services, and they were excellent! I had a very expensive job done that involved a crane, removing 2 whole trees up and over my house and trimming 2 more. I was amazed that they got this entire job done in under 7 hours! They were a great team of about 10 guys... they all worked together, they were all polite to me when we spoke and they even cleaned up my neighbors yards, since my trees were very large. Communication is key, and they get an A+ on the job and in the office for that. The girls on the phone were also very polite and understanding to my needs. No problems with having questions or phone calls answered. Also, they dealt with all the permit stuff for me with my town (Saddle Brook, Bergen county) so I didn't have to get involved. I would

Purchased 1/4 cord of wood. First off customer service was great, ordered wood on a Saturday, with Monday delivery. They told me to head over and pick up 2 bags for free to hold me over, really nice. Wood arrived and to be honest I’m disappointed. More than half is not seasoned. Very heavy and green. Does not burn well.

I usually don’t give any reviews however, I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my property. I have used Ace Tree Surgeons for over 15 years. They are all knowledgeable about trees and listen to what you want done. They left my property clean and trimmed the very tall trees to keep them healthy and strong. When my neighbors came over to see what was being done to my yard, they were so impressed with their work that they hired them to do their trees. Ken came out to do an estimate on a tree we need taken down in our back yard, after getting several other estimates today Ken quoted us $800 more than the next highest quote and also told me I would need to remove my entire fence which no one else said needed to be done. When I let him know that he laughed and said good luck with that and left.
