So Cox Cable here Las Vegas, NV utilizes a third party vendor (Ace-Comm) & the technician Chase was AMAZING/HARD-WORKING until he finished the job. I've been with Cox over 25 years & periodically having technicians fix our Internet, but Chase caught my eye with his knowledge & hard work mentality. Currently, we have Gigablast with Cox (1 GB or 1000 Mbps) & it wasn't giving me the full Mbps. Chase recognized the problem & immediately went to work running a hardwire from the main box outside, directly to the office inside the house (home office). Mahalo's (Thank you) Chase for your precious time & explaining everything in detail while working.

Shout out to human kindness. My car battery was dead and I happened to see Bryan on the street and ask if he might be able to help me. Without hesitation he came over and helped me jumpstart my car so that I was able to drive to the dealership and get my battery replaced.
