Acer Landscape Materials

Some customers on reviews said they are rude or whatever and not happy with their customer service or price or whatever. So far I bought so much stuffs from them and never had a problem and the workers who loaded the materials are very nice people so far I went there for one year. Seems odd that customers would give one star review…..

We went to get soil for my garden and some other garden accessories. Excellent service and flagstone more dense than the Arizona slate I've worked with in the past years and the price is excellent. I highly recommend this store

I had a very good experience with acer, I needed 8 yards of rock and I do not own a trailer so I made 16 total trips for 1/2 yard of rock, because my trucks load capacity could not deal with the weight for a full yard. That being said they recognized my truck and remembered and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would have had them deliver but it was easier for me to take my truck to the drop point. I never got the name of the guys that helped me but this is my appreciation for their customer service. Thanks.

I want to let you know about what happened to me and my experience with Acer. I purchased 4 yards of bark to be delivered and when purchasing they asked where would I like it delivered. I let them know to place on the right side of the driveway and I paid and left. I also asked if I needed to be present when they delivered and they said "no, not at all, they would take care of it." Later on that day, the delivery guy was dropping off, as I went outside to see exactly where it would be dropped off at, the driver failed to stop, and rammed the house, I had to run out to the truck and punch the side of the truck to get him to stop, but he had already damaging the gutter. His words were "so...rry". I asked what now? He said the owner would be in contact. I said ok, 3 days later, I calle

I've lived in the area for 20+ years and until this business apparently changed hands, it's was a decent place to get landscape materials. No more. The staff there is incredibly disinterested in customer service. To a person, they're dismissive, abrupt, and simply rude. They obviously think they're doing customers a favor, rather than treating them with respect. In the past, they could deliver more than one type of material on a single truck, using a load divider. That was great, allowing customers to avoid multiple delivery fees. No more. They offer no apologies for no longer dividing loads. So, now you can just pay $45 on top of their newly ridiculous materials prices for every delivery, no matter how small. So, this is what this place has become - Rude and unpleasant employees. Highe
