I called at 8:00 for a tub drain issue, and was able to get scheduled for an appointment the same day (two hours later)! Kim, the scheduler was very friendly and accommodating, giving me all the information I needed and answering my questions. My service technician, Hugh, was fantastic! I wanted to be an observer for the repair process, and he answered my many questions regarding various plumbing components in my home, many of which were unrelated to the issue I called about. I was able to add additional plumbing concerns for quick repairs on the spot, and Hugh was flexible with rolling with these additional fixes as part of the appointment. He quickly fixed the plumbing issue and took the time to thoroughly check the system to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly. Had a water leak and needed help ASAP. They were there in 30 minutes. Personable, reasonable rates and got the problem fixed immediately. What a life saver! Love these people. And they do restorations as well.
