James came out to service my home a few months ago. He was very professional, thorough and friendly. He accommodated me and my schedule which was a plus. He made sure the problem was resolved. The reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I didn't received all my treatments that I paid for but again the issue was resolved. Prices is very reasonable. I'd love to hire on quarterly but I'm unsure because of the lack of follow up.

Knowledgeable, very pleasant, dependable and price reasonable!! We were having very bad problems with roaches, but James came out and aggressively treated the problem and got it under control. We've been having pest control problems since the day we moved in. After years of living and dealing with all these bugs, we've finally had enough and decided to check around. Was given a number to call and James, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, was extremely helpful, giving advice and discussing the 'plan of attack' so to speak. He was extremely professional and courteous and offered help whether we used his service or not. Well, we were swayed, just his offer to help won us over. He came in and did his thing, and after 1 treatment we have noticed a significant drop in the amount of bugs we have seen.
