Chris’s customer service was spectacular! He was very communicative and knowledgeable. I paid for preventative pest control treatment for my new home. Also, the receptionists were friendly. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the treatment yet because this is only the first day but I will provide an update soon. Thank you 😊!

Professional from beginning to end! The tech actually showed up ten minutes early! Very pleased.

They were ok I guess. I'm still getting to know them, but the service thus far seems to be working. They need to come out more frequently and check the bait boxes, but other than that. It seems to be working better than my last company.

If I could leave a no star review I would, I was trying to call to schedule an appointment with this company. They proceeded to just hang up in my face. I called back and the lady had the audacity to say we got disconnected.

Great customer service. Nathan explained everything to us. I will continue to use them. If you need a termite or bug company ACME is it!
