Love the staff very helpful

Called to make sure they had my size filter in stock. So, I am at the location presently. I have been skipped over and basically ignored for about 25 minutes. Seems like if they know you by name, you go ahead of everyone else. I should have just ordered my air filters online. I bet its cheaper, and definitely not as offensive.

I just want to take a few minutes to leave a review which is sumthing I usually don't do but the experience I had with this particular ACME store was very upsetting as a consumer. Yesterday my cousin had called the store to inquire about a part I needed for my AC unit my cousin spoke to someone that quoted a price over phone . Well fast forward to today I couldn't remember the price so I called into the store myself and a man named Tony answered. Well this person proceded to tell me he couldn't quote ANY price over phone Unless I had a account. I explained that yesterday my cousin called into the same store off Choctaw and he was quoted a price by a man with no issue .I told this man Tony this and he snapped back at me in a very loud tone and I quote,"I CANT SELL U OR GIVE YOU ANY PRICE F

With all do respect i do not appreciate the disrespect from your employee Jimmy last name unknown but the Unnecessary attitude was not called for i came in there to get a simple part i understand there may be computer issues but he did not have to raise his voice at me and quote for quote GET OUT, exactly what he said to me i am not mad i just dont understand why jimmy had to be that disrespectful.

Great help with parts, guys usually know what they need to know
