I cannot recommend this shop enough! They are Family owned and operated. They have a large selection of reconditioned appliances that they have tested to ensure the quality is worthwhile. I have used them in the past to service a dryer that we had and not only were they on time and reliable, they were also super friendly and considerate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Nice friendly office lady’s, had issues with a dryer didn’t hesitate to send someone the same day. Also the tech junior did an amazing job he took his time and left my dryer working perfectly. Definitely recommend and at a great price

Horrible customer service. The office has very rude staff who is unable to provide assistance. The service is beyond inadequate. Even the technicians do not know what they are doing. We had two different technicians working for this company take a look at our appliance and both separately stated that in order for the appliance to function properly, a new part had to be ordered. We waited over 2 weeks for the parts to arrive only to have each tech arrive and assure us that they fixed the fridge WITHOUT using the parts. Strangely, they would take the parts with them and report back to our manufacturer company that the fridge was in working order, when it in fact was not working. This company has been working on “fixing” this fridge for over 3 months now. Third opinion will definitely be a d
