We had an outstanding experience with Aycock Climate Control. From the very first phone call, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Cathy answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was able to get us scheduled the same day, which was a huge relief since our heat was out. Our technician, Pedro, did a fantastic job getting our heat back on quickly. He was honest, fair, and straightforward. We truly appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. Instead, he took the time to explain the issue, offered helpful advice, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Acock Climate Control has been a great experience. Started with Cassie in the office. She scheduled our maintenance tune up on our schedule. Braden did an excellent job! Very kind and polite and thorough. We would highly recommend this excellent and professional company.

Technician arrived on time . Diagnosed the problem and had me a quote in short order . Everything went super smooth. Excellent communication with technician and office. Definitely recommend them .

Heater quit working. Called Acock Climate Control. They were out within 1 hour and made the repairs. Also explained in good detail what had happened. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
