I feel that this entire experience was a waste of time. I booked a lawn service a week ago and received both a confirmation email and a text message for the appointment scheduled for today. However, no one showed up. I called the number provided in the confirmation email and spoke with a woman named Rosa. She said she would call me back, but she never did. After waiting 15 minutes, I called again, and Rosa claimed she couldn’t find my service request. To my surprise, she even asked if my name was Vincent, which was misleading. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule for another week, but I declined and hung up. I don't see the point in wasting another week wondering if they will actually show up.
