Started off good, good communication great price. Then the day came to pick up and just like every other shady moving company they wanted to change the price. Got it so the price didn’t change but it should have been lower added a whole bunch other thing the original appraisal had already quoted us(in person). Couldn’t change movers everything was in motion and we couldn’t change it cause we were moving the next day. Was told we would get contact information and transparency with the driver and be able to communicate with them during the move. Was told by the sale manager(Micheal) he would be in contact the whole way. He wasn’t, ghosted me had to get in contact with customer service and even they were hard to reach some times. 2-3 weeks later I get my things and come to find out 2 dresser
