I recently contacted Across Time Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning services for our downstairs living room area & I am very pleased with the results. We purchased a 5 room carpet cleaning voucher from Groupon for this company. We contacted George, setting up an appointment right away, establishing a date and time. We cleared out the 5 rooms of furniture in preparation for cleaning. George didn't show, we started calling him an hour after the appointment time, probable four times. He never did respond to our phone calls, and its been three days. After the fact, we reviewed other reviews and this seems to be a pattern. Stay away from this company.

I am very happy with the service I received. I called early in the week and was able to have my carpets cleaned by the end of the week. Price was quoted over the phone and didn't change. We have pets and new puppy accidents that we did our best to clean but still felt there was a lingering odor. I am happy to say the carpets are clean and no pet odor.

We booked Across time carpet cleaning for a good cleaning and some pet stains that our elderly pet had left before passing. They did not disappoint! After a little hiccup with equipment they promptly showed up and made my carpets look almost like new again! Pet stains and any smell they had are gone! They even came out in the pouring rain.
