German took a job to do drawings and acquire permits for my home in DC in March 2023. He took payment upfront and proceeded to make excuses and lie his way up to September 2023 when my contractor and I finally confronted him for not having completed the job. This was after multiple months of telling me he was "almost done" and that the permits were "in issuance". This man is a con artist and will take your money and delay, delay, delay until the cows come home. When I finally terminated his contract, I had to get the Attorney General of DC involved. They were only able to give me a fraction of what I paid German but I suppose something is better than nothing.
