If there was an option to give zero stars I would have. An installer shows up that doesn’t speak English, refused to move my washer and dryer even though I paid the extra furniture charge to move it and refused to install the floor to the wall and pull my molding off. This is what was arranged by Home Depot. It took 5 different appointment times of come back to pull the brand new floor up and change the molding. Five additional days off of work for them to no show, inspect and send two installer who refused to fix the issues. They have no customer service, integrity for their name and I will NEVER hire Home Depot to install my floors again as this is their only installer.

ACS made the flooring renovations for my business a breeze from start to finish. They have experts that assisted me in selecting the beautiful flooring options for our office. And once selections were made their project management and installers are amazing to work with and completed the job without any headaches what so ever. Awesome people to work with!

Very professional. The crew cleaned up after them self and hauled off all the old flooring. Very happy.
