From start to finish, the entire experience was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and expert knowledge. Mr. Don Connell, the sales technician, did a fantastic job explaining my options and recommending the perfect AC system for my home. He was patient, thorough, and truly had my family’s comfort and best interest in mind. This morning, Ricky and Isaiah arrived to handle the installation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Everyone is busy and most businesses just quote you over the phone with a competitive rate but most of the time that is not your final price. They never really know until the work is being done. Things break or they might find hidden damage. Here is why Alex just gained a customer for life: - he just did not quote me - he asked questions and gave me answers that were in my best interest. My HVAC system was working...until Action Air came to my house. I called them to look it over since the house is 2 years old. A younger guy came and replaced a part, and then the A/C stopped working correctly. The unit makes sound but it doesn't cool. It was late in the day, so in the morning the owner of Action Air came to our house. I think he literally did nothing, he just left. I'm now going to need a 3rd visit from either this company or else hire another company.
