I am tickled with how quickly and professionally Action Air responded to my call. It wasn't even an emergency and they were able to come the same morning to inspect and diagnose an issue. Misa and Josh (oops I had Jose originally, sorry!) were fantastically friendly and very informative, the work was done quickly with no issues, and they were able to find the issue and order parts which should be available this week. Nice job Action Air, good website good phone answering service, great technicians!

Needed an emergency repair to our AC unit while I was traveling and my wife/pets were at home on a Friday evening, about 10pm. Our usual company wanted a diagnostic fee, outrageous repair cost, and wouldn’t touch it until Monday. Called Action Air and they came out to repair the unit for $500+ cheaper and had it fixed within 12 hours of the call coming in! Cam was a phenomenal tech, extremely thorough, and even made additional repairs free of charge to ensure our system would stay running well. The only downside is that they only do HVAC work, because I’d have them in for everything else if I could!

Action Air did a great job from start to finish. They showed up right on time and were very professional. Within an hour, they had a clear and knowledgeable diagnosis and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated them making sure I knew exactly what was going on. Highly recommend!

Our technician was mark & my family is so grateful for him to be able to come in on a crazy icey day and to find the problem with our unit and he fixed it same day.
