Andrew from Action Air came to my help when my furnace died. He had come 6 months earlier to give me a quote, but the furnace seemed okay, so I didn't buy it then. When it died, he came as soon as I called and installed the furnace the next day. He honoured the earlier quote and installed the new one the next day.
