Hired to have our basement excavated to add some tile and drainage then to grade our yard to keep water away from the house. We discussed having them remove and dispose of the rock beds around our house, and that we were going to reseed everything with grass after everything was done. They did the tile and drainage part well and it worked well. Instead of disposing of the landscaping brick, landscaping fabric and river rock in our rock beds, they just put it back into the fill on top of the pea rock and graded the rest into our yard, again, knowing that we are going to need to put down black dirt and reseed everything for grass. When I asked how they planned on getting all the rocks out of the yard they said that we'd have to do it by hand. They did not grade the yard the way I asked in
