I needed a hard to find part for a pressure washing unit. These folks went above and beyond helping me with part #s, model differences, etc! Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was in vain. They returned my parts and set me up with a brand new belt driven unit! Great service, Great price! Highly recommend this place!

Our company was looking to purchase a hot water pressure washer so I sent out inquiries to several companies in town. Ben Braughton called me first thing the next morning. I did not know much about the hot water units so patiently answered all my questions in an easy to understand way. He then met with me and showed me the units he had to offer and the best way to lay out our trailer. He promised it would be done in a week and it was, I was actually a couple days late picking it up! Went with the Hotsy, beautiful rig! Oh, and I still haven’t heard back from any other company, enough said! Thanks to Ben and crew!

Great place to work with. They are very professional. The gentleman that brought the equipment was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through using the equipment then allowed me to use it while observing and guiding me, before heading out. I highly recommend these people.
