after i called in for service on my furnace, they arrived really quick. the price was decent too. the repairs were done professionally and finished fast. when it comes to cold temperatures, this is who you need to hire! fast and reliable.

Very professional, responded quickly, very attentive and personable. I needed a new control for my furnace after hours. I called action as they are available 24/7 responded within an hour to make sure I stayed warm during the winter. While repairing the owner noticed a very disastrous defect in my water heater. He prepared a quote and completely replaced my my water heater system within 6 days. His staff was very detail oriented, pleasant, knowledgeable; as well as efficient and effective in getting the job completed to a top notch standard. 10/10 will recommend.

Our HVAC quit working, so we contacted multiple contractors for an estimate. We recieved a range of options from the contractors. The first event that set action above the rest was their honnesty. They were upfront that our current system(17 years old) could be converted and repaired, but if that's the route we wanted to pursue, we would need to get another contactor to perform the work. They provided excellent explanation as to why they were not interested in performing the repair work, and the reasoning was confirmed via discussing repair work draw backs with another contractor. We made the decision to replace, and had quotes for multiple systems, from multiple contractors to compare. Our furnace had been working fine for 10 years with no issues. We had another company come out to service it and shortly after our furnace stopped working. That company came back and said nothing was wrong and our furnace was still not working. Called Gerard and Action Heating and they came out and got our furnace working again.
