The team quickly diagnosed the issues with my old system and upgraded everything efficiently. My lawn looks healthier than ever, and the new system runs perfectly. We've had them come out on 4 separate occasions for different needs now, including a full swap of our system that was no longer working. We appreciate the friendly staff and quick response times!

Daniel came out, was on time, and called ahead to let me he'd be here in 30 to 40 minutes, ahead of arriving. Took his time to thoroughly discuss my current system and identify any known concerns prior to inspection and maintenance. Walked me through all the work that was completed and any findings. Highly professional and quite knowledgeable. Great company, great service, at a great price. I look forward to continue counting on AISR for all our irrigation needs. Thanks again!

Returned my call to book a first appointment/inspection for the following week. Was told 9-12 window and I would receive a call the day of when they were on the way. I called the day of at 10am to see if there was an ETA. I was assured that they would call once on the way. At 12pm I called for an update and no answer. Called again at 2pm and no answer. Sent a message and no answer. Called for a 3rd time at 3pm and no answer. Unfortunate and a waste of time.
