Needed help quickly - Action Junk Removal responded within hours to clear 30 years of stuff (well now junk) from a storage locker. They worked with the property manager so my presence was not necessary. The final price was within $10 of the estimate which was anywhere from 30% to 40% less than the 3 other estimates based on ohotos I provided.

Amazing junk removal team! they explained their pricing structure very well. It made total sense to me, and after calling a few companies they were the only ones that I was actually able to reach on the phone and talk to an actual person Not a call center! They are about $200 cheaper than most competitors I called. Will refer them to everyone

(wrting on behalf of my mom ) I am elderly so I have trouble hearing and talk a bit slower, the gentleman on the phone was patient and explained everything perfectly and consicely. They coordinated with my daughter which is out of state in Arizona. She was in constant communication with them. At the end of clearing my apartment they arranged payment over the phone. They made every step of the way simple. I cant thank them enough.
