Jayson was amazing! My dog had locked me out of the house jumping on the latch of the sliding glass door. Everything was inside, keys, wallet and cellphone. Thanks to some friendly neighbors and a great property manager, we got in touch with Jayson and he showed up quicker than the quoted time. Got the door unlocked in less than 5 minutes! It was so amazing and such a relief! Thank you Action Locksmith!!! I'll definitely be calling on you again if I need you and recommending you first to anyone else who does!

This company changed my daughter $340 for a simple unlock service on a 2013 kia Rio! She is young and they took advantage of her. She asked the price they told her they wouldn't know till they came out, they came out and she asked the price and he barely spoke English, told her he wouldn't know until he opened it, told her not to worry the insurance would pay for it, then after he opened it sent her a venmo for $340. She had to borrow $ to figure out how to pay him. ALSO damaged her door opening it, now you can hear the wind when driving down the road with the door closed. Tried reaching out to the company, was told they will call back, been getting the run around. USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY!

I was locked out of my car and they were here in under 10 minutes. And I thought the price was super reasonable. It was $60 to unlock my car. Fast, friendly, great price and I made it to my appointment that I thought I would for sure miss since I locked my keys in my car.

I would not recommend purchasing key fobs from this business. I purchased 2 of them for the same vehicle and within 2 months, one starts the vehicle but won’t unlock the doors. The other one unlocks the doors but doesn’t start the vehicle. When I asked about a warranty I was told they wouldn’t provide replacements and I would have to purchase 2 new fobs. Each of the purchased fobs have only been used a handful of times as this vehicle doesn’t get driven much.
