Had guarge doors installed recently everything was great technician very knowledgeable didn't have any problems

I spent over $26,000 on a garage door, but the service was absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting over a year for them to fix the stain on the door, but they’ve made empty promises and never delivered. The customer service is abysmal. I highly recommend looking for a different company in the area.

When I couldn't get other places to return a message or even answer the phone. Action Overhead Door not only answered but had someone out the same day to fix our garage door. Everyone was extremely nice, they got the job done quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend. *Also, they did not even ask me to leave a review like some companies do.

Sunday morning one of my cables jumped of the pulley and got my garage door in a really bad bind. I called Action Door (return customer) and set up an appointment for today. The technician arrive around lunch time and worked on the door nearly 2 hours in this extreme heat until the door was fixed. I’m a very happy customer and will continue to send my business to Action Door.

Can not say thank you enough for the prompt (same day) service, excellent technician who was polite, efficient and explained everything. I highly recommend this company for not only the excellent work they did but from making that first phone call, to paying the bill, everyone and everything was a pleasant experience, if I could give 10 stars I would!
