This company was a nightmare to work with. I had a family member call them in to do some work and it ended up being a huge waste of money. First off, the price. $14,100 for a tankless water heater, water ionizer, and gas line upgrade. Tyler, the installation tech, lied to upsell this ionizer as a substitute for a water softener (what we actually wanted). My family didn't know any better, so they agreed. Looking this up after the fact showed it doesn't filter out any of the hard minerals and that a water softener is recommended IN ADDITION to this unit to keep it working properly. They charged $4,500 for this lie. $4k for the unit and $500 for labor. Keep in mind this Halo Ion-9 can be purchased yourself for $1.2K online. Great Service!!!! i called them and they sent someone out quick and my two water heaters We’re leaking. they installed two new Navien tankless water heaters instead of 2- 75 gallon tank water heater Also installed a halo water softener with a Moen emergency leak detection for my whole house.if you want your plumbing done right Definitely can count on action to take care of you. I thought this company was a reputable company. They come out & make you feel like they will do all they can to help you only to put you in more debt. We had a toilet replaced & and electrical panel that was replaced. When they left my refrigerator was not put on it's own outlet like it should have been before they left & there are very large spaces where they took out a much smaller panel. I understand that they do not do drywall, but this only makes it worse for me. Now I have these holes I can not afford to fix and a gouge in my new floor by the electrical panel. I am beyond livid. I am normally not one to do reviews on companies but since I have given them a year to fix the damage they’ve done to my home and they have not repaired it I will no longer keep my mouth shut. I keep getting harassing calls from them on a small balance that is owed. I told them I would pay that upon repair of my home but as long as it is not repaired I will not pay them. Someone stated down below that there is a lawsuit open which the owner said is incorrect. A quick google search says different. As I have posted in a screen shot above along with the damages to my home. I also did not ask for a restoration company they sent one in and that’s the bill they are trying to collect on but I’ve spoke to my insurance and they have been paid.
