Action Termite and Pest Control

The technicians were good and did their jobs. However, this is a greedy company. When I signed their contract I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t be able to reschedule one of the quarterly services. I don’t need the service in January right before a major snowstorm. I wanted to reschedule to March when I will need it. I don’t see what difference it makes to them whether it’s January or March. I was still paying for 4 services, and might have signed up again. As it is, The snotty and patronizing jerk, Chris, who answers their phone, refused to reschedule the service. Also refused to give me owners name and said his supervisor was in meeting. How convenient!! So I will be paying for a service I don’t need and am unable to reschedule for when it works for me. So I won’t sign up with them again.

Been using ACTION for a few years. Very happy with the service. Techs are always on time. Dameon serviced our home several times and we are very happy with him. He was friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended this company.

Fantastic results!! (Toms River Location) We have an outdoor, wooden bar table in our backyard that is attached to the side of our house. And an outdoor table set right next to it. This spring, we got bombarded by very territorial carpenter bees that would fly at us when we would eat outside on our patio, or just walk by. Upon investigation, it was found that they had dug multiple holes in the wood, and made their nest. We tried DYI methods such as wooden block traps, but nothing worked. We called Action, and within the same week they sent a tech (Raymond!). After an initial free assessment, Raymond came a few days later to treat. He said the tunnels were so bad, that he needed to treat the area twice to ensure that he got them all (no charge for second treatment!). After those treatmen

Action purchased the company we had been using for over 30 years, and we were skeptical about this new company. Had ants all over the house and Tracy worked like crazy get someone to my home within 24 hours to rectify the problem. The Tech person, Jay, was totally on the case and knew exactly how to fix the ant problem. Action took Action!!
