I had all the windows in my house replaced. After getting different quotes from other companies this one was the best pricing and had the best reviews. They were always very responsive and accommodating with anything I needed. The install went great, and we are very happy with our new windows! Thank you Greg, Lenny, and Leon for all your help!

Awesome experience. We had whole house OKNA windows and a patio door installation. The quality of the windows is very high and they look great. The delivery was on time as promised. The owner of the company is very responsive and easy to work with. Leonid was doing our installation and he did an amazing job. I am a very picky customer and I am happy with his work. I did my homework. Researched online. Went to showrooms. Had various salespeople give presentations in my home. I was clear about what mattered most to me. Price was important, and quality and reputation even more so. My conclusion: The Okna brand windows were my top choice for quality, workmanship, design and competitive price; and Action Windows and Siding of West Hartford was the company I wanted to do business with. Update #2: For transparency, the office had the installer call me to see what he could do. He offered to come back and clean, but we had already cleaned everything we could. Afterwards, I updated my Google review and the office called me. I explained again that we had already cleaned up everything we could and in their frustration voiced their displeasure over my updated review and hung up on me. If you're going to handle customer complaints and criticism this way, then I wouldn't bother calling at all.
