Alan and his dad came to the rescue when our furnace stopped working. He responded quickly, gave us honest advice, and never pressured us to replace our old unit. We chose to install a new furnace, and he clearly explained the process and timeline. He was patient, professional, and very detailed. Pricing was great, we got other few quotes from other companies and Alan gave us the lowest estimate. We’re extremely happy with the results and their professionalism. Alan came through when we needed him in a great pinch on a cold Saturday in January. Our heat broke the night before and we reached him first thing in the morning. He and his dad were able to help out install a new unit same day when we desperately needed it! He also came to do our AC today and was able to get it done in 1 afternoon! This company is AMAZING. my heat went out and the repairman was not only honest but did his best to save me as much money as possible. Even answered my texts at 10 pm! Came back today and fixed the problem, was professional and never tried to upsell or price gouge me. Alan was courteous as well as knowledgeable about my very old equipment. He not only showed up quickly for diagnosis but also tracked down the part and repaired my relic in under 24 hours (on the weekend).
