Active Pest Control

I reached out to this company for pest control services and paid over $1,600 for my home to be sealed and for ongoing checks throughout the year. At first, things seemed fine. They came out consistently during the first few weeks after completing the initial sealing which included delivering boxes. Since then, it’s been nothing but disappointment. My mom and I have called them nonstop trying to get follow-up visits. At first, we were told they were short-staffed, which we understood. However, they’d agree to come on a Monday and then randomly show up days later without notice, which was extremely inconvenient considering our work schedules. Eventually, we were told that the $250 fee for consistent checkups throughout the year was not included in the $1,600 we paid, even though we were told

If I could give zero stars, I would. The call center staff is completely unprofessional—I scheduled an appointment and waited more than three hours, but nobody ever showed up. Every time I called for an update, the moment they recognized my number, they’d either hang up or keep me on hold forever. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they'd just blindly transfer me to the driver—“MO” or Mohammad—who never answered either. The reps who actually picked up didn’t help at all and just made empty promises like “the MO will call you,” which never happened. It’s obvious they don’t take their jobs seriously. Meanwhile, I was stuck dealing with a squirrel problem in my house—something that can cause real damage—and instead of getting any help, I wasted an entire day waiting for a tec

Just a terrible experience with Active! Their chemicals didn’t work for ants, Spiders or mosquitoes they just got worse because before I had a local company I used and they to take care of them very well ,but one day one of these guys showed up to my door talking very highly about how they use a much better healthier chemicals for my family and dog to take care of all the bad insects around my house etc. so I decided to give them an opportunity, but big mistake after a few months of everything getting worse and I finally give up and cancel their service. Of course they automatically charge me the additional monthly fee, plus $199 for the earlier cancellation contract they make you sign but that’s ok. I prefer to pay that then continue getting bite by mosquitoes every time I sneak outside

These people are always fantastic and fairly priced. Johnathon has a wonderful personality and always goes far beyond companies standards and customer satisfaction! Johnathon is part of the reason for a long term customer!

Brian did an excellent job. He was professional, wore shoe covers, and was very knowledgeable of the product being used.
