I made the mistake of signing a year contract with Skyline back in July and they have been one of the absolute worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Getting someone to return a message to schedule service is a miracle... most of the technicians who have been to my house are rude and make it obvious they are only here because they need a paycheck.. they don't actually care about the customer and what the problem is. The sales guy told me that he would come out himself the day the technician was scheduled for service.... haven't heard from him since!! Bug Out and its people are 100 percent! They've served our home for pest control over the past three years with great results, prompt personal service and a great value. If we have issues between treatments, which is rare, they respond promptly and remedy the situation, taking care of errant ants and other household pests. The service people are courteous, friendly and professional. We like them and the quality of the company so much that we recently converted our termite letter/bond to Bug Out, from a national company. The cost to covert was very affordable and the staff spent time with us to explain what we were purchasing. Poor communication and lack of customer service. My termite protection purchased by the previous home owner was due to expire in May. I get a call about renewing and I told the rep that I was considering going with my current pest control provider and he stated he'd call back and check before the end of May. No one called to renew nor did I ever agree to renew with anyone but I got a bill for the annual amount. Yes, I let it sit for a few weeks considering my options but then I figured, I also haven't called to let anyone know my intentions so I decide to make things easier and just go with them another year and I sent in a $100 payment (7/16/19) on a $300 bill. Dustin is my tech. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. The office staff is very friendly and they always keep us on schedule, and their communication is awesome! I receive email reminders of upcoming visits, and then Dustin also calls the day before to confirm!

BugOut has been our termite company for the last eight years. The process is painless. They call me when it’s time for the annual inspection and they get it scheduled. Then they send out a very nice employee who’s on time and does his work efficiently and then they send me an invoice. I pay online. Boom. So easy.
